Century City Medical Plaza is a landmark set of two buildings in Los Angeles, California.

The land where legendary movie stars, directors and entertainment giants once collaborated is now the site of a premiere medical office building and specialty hospital in Los Angeles. Century City Medical Plaza now sits on what was once the 20th Century Fox movie lot. Designed by famed architect Cesar Pelli, its pioneering glass skin architectural style has come to define corporate office building design around the world.

The Property

Century City Medical Plaza provides a location where medical businesses can flourish. In 2016, the hospital was remodeled and re-opened as California Rehabilitation Institute, a partnership of UCLA Health, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and Select Medical. The Medical Office Building continues to be a prime location for private practices of all sizes and specialties that serve patients from the greater Los Angeles area. Overlooking Beverly Hills, Century City Medical Plaza is within walking distance of Westfield Century City Mall, many dining establishments, and will also be a short walk from the Century City Metro subway station when its construction is completed.

Located at 2080 Century Park East, the Medical Office Building at Century City Medical Plaza is an 18 story, 200,000 square foot Class A commercial tower. It features suites from 750 to 10,000 square feet and is home to a wide array of general and specialty practices.

The majority of our doctors are private practitioners that are dedicated to their patients and their field of medicine. The Medical Office Building also houses Quest Diagnostic Laboratory and Dialysis, MRI and Radiology facilities.

California Rehabiltation Institute

Located at 2070 Century Park East, the California Rehabilitation Institute is housed in a 9 story, 175,000 square foot Class A building. A health partnership between Cedars Sinai and UCLA, California Rehabilitation Institute is where you go for rehabilitation following a stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, orthopedic injury, cancer and other medical conditions. It is the largest inpatient rehabilitation hospital on the West Coast. Its physician-led team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, psychologists/neuropsychologists, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, case managers, recreation therapists, and specialized nursing staff are committed 24/7 to bringing advanced inpatient rehabilitation care to its patients.
